I just got a new acer aspire one D-250 yesterday and have not been able to figure out how to change the background!How can I change my desktop background with Windows 7 starter?
windows 7 starter doesn't support changing the desktop background, you'll have to upgrade to windows 7 home premium or install a separate program such as Stardock MyColors or Samurize to change the background
