94 4RUNNER WON'T START?

My 1994 4 Runner won't start. It sat with a dead battery for a few months. Replaced the battery, checked the starter, changed spark plug wires, cap and rotor still won't start..... My check engine light will not come on so I think it might have something to do with the voltage constant. How do I get the check engine light to come back on so I can read the code. I think the computer is showing an error because of the voltage constant.94 4RUNNER WON%26039;T START?
It could be your fuel pump and fuel pump relay is not working properly. I suggest you replace also your fuel filter. Hope this might help!94 4RUNNER WON%26039;T START?
Could have bad gas if its been sitting for months.
