How to change wallpaper in Windows 7 Starter Edition?

I know you can download Stardock MyColours, but it costs $19.95 to download themes (apart from the free ones given)!



Is there a way to change the wallpaper without this program? Possibly a cheaper/free alternative? Or can it be done without programs, using some ingenuity?

As an administrator change the permissions on:

%windir%\web\wallpaper\windows\img0.jp?br>


and overwrite it with the image of your choice.



%windir% is the directory where windows is stored.
