windows 7 starter software doesn't allow the user to change the wallpaper, so does anyone know an software that would allow someone to do so? I tried stardock my colors but it didn't seem to work. it might work for others but not for mine. suggestions?How can i change the wallpaper on the windows 7 starter software?

I'm not fishing for the best answer because my answer is right:
Go to:
%windir\web\wallpaper\windows\img0.jpg
Check properties and note proper size of picture
Make your picture at same size
As an Administrator reset the permissions on img0.jpg and overwrite file with your picture.
Voila!
