Had a fresh fully charged battery, changed the starter as it had seized due to being stood.
Starter does not do anything. have cleaned all earths and connections, gonna check if there is a live on turning ignition all the way with a test lamp as this is the last resort.

You're heading in the right direction, eliminate as many possible faults as you can, i would start with the test lamp then head back if there is no juice at the starter, it may be something as simple as the starter relay or a fuse. If you find there is juice at the starter you may have a bad unit.My 2000 ford fiesta wont start?
