How do I change a desktop wallpaper in Win7 starter?

I normally do this right off the bat, with a new computer, but this is my first time doing it with Win7 starter.



It doesnt appear to be possible in the classic way through the control panel, or any of the other ways Im used to, right-clicking on the desktop, setting an image as a desktop background, etc. How do i do this?How do I change a desktop wallpaper in Win7 starter?
